Welcome to Pulselyre. This document is to inform you that we respect your privacy and to let you know about the personal information that we collect about you when you use the Pulselyre website and software application, and what we do with that information.

What information do we collect?

Log Files and IP Addresses

As with all websites, visits to the Pulselyre website are logged by IP address, browser type, internet service provider, referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and the number of and which pages visited. We do not share your individual log information with any other organizations, but we may share aggregated metrics with business partners. We may also use it ourselves to monitor the status of the website. IP addresses are not linked to any personally identifiable information although visitors should be aware that IP addresses can be mapped back to your Internet Service Provider.

In addition, we may use third party services such as Google Analytics to assist with collecting, monitoring, and analyizing this log data. If you do not consent to Google Analytics using log data pertaining to your visit to the Pulselyre website, you are able to opt-out using the Google Analytics Out-out Browser Add-on.

The Pulselyre software application also collects basic session log data to assist the developers. The log data may contain the date/time the application is started, session length, and user account number (but not any personally identifiable information, such as your email address). As with website visit logs, we do not share your individual log information with any other organizations, but we may share aggregated metrics with business partners. You can request deletion of your Pulselyre account number from log data at any time by contacting us.

Use of cookies

A cookie is a small amount of data that your browser stores on your computer on behalf of the website that you are visiting. This allows a website to remember details about your visit, such as your preferences or the pages you have visited, and to provide useful features based on those details. The Pulselyre website uses cookies in a number of places, such as on the Login and Account pages. Cookies may also be used by third party analytics services described above. If you reject cookies or revoke consent to use cookies, you may not be able to login to your account and download the Pulselyre software application.

Email addresses

In the case of you joining the Pulselyre beta program, your email address is used to email you with your registration information, to loigin to the Pulselyre website to download the Pulselyre software application, and to login to the Pulselyre software application. You can request deletion of your Pulselyre registration information at any time by contacting us.

In all of the above cases, we will not sell, share or rent this information to any other organizations.

Securing your information

We take every reasonable precaution, and have strict policies in place, to protect any information that we collect from you from unauthorized access, misuse or loss.

This website contains links to other sites and IP Addresses. Please be aware that Pulselyre is not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites. This privacy statement applies only to the information collected by Pulselyre.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may occasionally need to update our privacy policy and if we do we will post any changes to the policy on our website so that you are always aware of how we use your information. If at any time we find that we need to use information in a manner different from the policy stated at the time the information was collected, we will notify users by email and/or by posting a notice on our website.
